Professional Experience 
Mike Sullivan entered the financial industry shortly after the Crash of 87.  Mike’s journey has taken him through Fidelity Investments, BISYS Fund Services, Meeder Investment Management, his own comprehensive financial planning and investment management firms and several other small businesses.

His natural focus is on the private sector and small to mid-sized businesses where he deploys strategies that seek to grow and protect assets, plan for all situations, and safeguard clients.

Mike built businesses and business units, developed sophisticated securities-lending operations in the era of Glass Steagall, and championed efforts that fortify business, business owners, individuals and their families.  He and his partner Chris Cogswell founded F3 Advisors to advance the notions of Food, Finance and Freedom, built on a foundation of Family, Faith and Friendship.

Academic Background
Mike has a BS degree in Finance from Providence College and has been a Certfied Financial Planning Professionial, CFP since 2002.  

Personal 
Mike has called Central Ohio home since 1993 but is well-traveled.  He was born in Chicago, grew up in the suburbs of Boston, and had stops in New Jersey, Providence RI, and Dallas Tx, and spends time at his Florida location or family beach house on the scenic northern shore of Massachusetts with his wife and two children whenever life allows!

Professional Experience 
Chris comes from a small family business background, and has enjoyed working with individual investors and small businesses since 2002 when he established his own firm to provide financial planning and investment advisory services.  He teemed up with Mike Sullivan to found F3 Advisors to provide these same services in support of families looking to maintain their liberty by fortifying their financial and business operations.  

Chris cut his teeth as an institutional equity analyst in Hong Kong and China beginning in 1994, with further stints in investment banking and strategic investment.  His eight years there included being in Hong Kong for the British handover of Hong Kong to China in 1997 and also a year in Shanghai through 1998.  During this time Chris traveled throughout China visiting companies and using his Mandarin Chinese ability.  He maintains key relationships to this day that he developed during those years.

Academic Background
Chris graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a BA in History and a Certificate of Public Affairs.  He has a Mandarin Chinese degree from the Beijing Foreign Language Normal College, and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.  

Personal
Chris is married to Ampy Lee Cogswell, and they have two adopted sons.  In 2020 the family established Hickory Mission Ranch on 10.5 acres; free time is spent learning how to care for the property and its animals.  They are parishioners of St. Martin of Tours Catholic church in Louisville, Kentucky.

Professional Experience
Heather serves as Director of Services, joining in April 2014.  Focusing on individuals and small businesses, Heather manages client communications and meetings, guiding clients through smooth arrivals into financial planning, investment management and business retirement plan services. 

A natural people-person, Heather delivers a dependable, reliable client experience.  Our clients love working with her.

Personal 
She also serves as secretary and interior designer for her husband, Jeremy’s construction & remodeling company. Married for almost 30 years, Heather and Jeremy have 2 grown/married children, Michael and Mykayla who have each blessed them with a grandchild. Theodore David, aka ‘Teddy’, and Nova Scarlett.

Her favorite free-time activities include watching Jeopardy every night with her dad, going to live auctions and most importantly, spending time spoiling her grandkids!
